House is situated on the outskirts of York in a semi rural village, with a village store and post office,pub that serves good food ,2 churches, coffee house and a limited bus service
We are 5 miles from Castle Howard,and 40 minutes to the coast of Filey ,Scarborough,Bridlington and an hour to Whitby,also not far from the Yorkshire moors
