You will be looking after my 3 dogs and the cat. 2 of the dogs need drops in their eyes once a day and one of the dogs has tablets in her dinner. The cat also has a tablet in her dinner. The house is old, lots of beams but is comfortable with central heating and log fires. Hopefully you wont need either in May. There is also a swimming pool which will be open but it is not heated and relies on the sun.
It would be good if you could arrive a couple of days before I leave so you can meet the dogs and I can show you how everything works. If you want to stay for a while after I get back that is absolutely fine.

Responsibilities: Feeding the dogs and the cat, ensuring they get their medication (they are all used to what they have so it is not an issue)
The dogs like to be walked once a day and then a quick trip to have a wee before you go to bed.
