28 March – 3 April Housesitter in Berkshire UK 2 dogs in country estate

Description

OUR HOME
House description- set in about 10 acres of Wold Flower paddocks (in season).
It is an electric gated property so the dogs free to roam and quite safe on the grounds.
We have a natural pond for swimming (in season, out of season for the brave!).
There is an Orangery, a sitting room 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Also there are security lights around the property.

Please note – there is an adjacent cottage in grounds which maybe let by then maybe not.

OUR LOCATION
There is a friendly pub at bottom of drive. However, otherwise Hungerford Newtown village has no shops. Though Hungerford town is only 3 miles away. Local walks accessible directly from the house.

Good WiFi-

PLEASE NOTE – A car is available. However, sitters must have full driving licence. Easier though to bring your own car is possible.

OUR PETS
2 spaniels –
Jontie 14 very fit but a little blind and deaf.
Bennie 2 naughty, quick but comes to the whistle.
Both thieves! So be aware 🙂
