Budapest in early August, with a pool and a shady terrace. One energetic dog, a German Pointer, who will be almost a year old, needing an hour’s walk minimum daily, he has good recall, and one dachshund who is easy / a couch potato.

Responsibilities: Mainly to look after the dogs and the house. Our pointer loves to play ball fetching games, we would be happy to think that our house sitter(s) would be happy to indulge him and play with him. Also to carefully ensure the dogs cannot escape into the street (the dachshund will try if given half a chance). We would find a house sitter ideal who plans to spend most of their time at the house, which is a very nice place to be - with a big terrace and a pool.

Things to know: Our pointer is energetic and definitely needs a good hour’s walk every morning. We take him to a park on an island in the Danube about 20-25 minutes drive. We have an electric BMW. He has great recall and is friendly with dogs and people. He loves ball games.
