Description

We are looking for a dogsitter who will live in our home to care for our dogs while we are away for 2 weeks Sept – Oct.

OUR HOME –
We live in a 5 bedroomed detached house in 1/2 acre with a South facing garden open to fields at the back. We have a heated outdoor swimming pool in the back garden. If you like gardens we have an outdoor dining area and sun loungers that are covered.

Our garden is tended by gardeners so there is not a great deal you need to do to care for the outside. However, we might need you to water a few garden pots in the warmer seasons.

LOCATION –
Our village is called Knotty Green, and it is a mile and a half to the centre of Beaconsfield town centre with all its shops and facilities.

Nearer to the house we have pubs at only half a mile away and a small shop nearby. Walking into town is easy as it is downhill, however, going back home means a slight uphill walk.

PETS –
We have 2 dogs, who can’t be left alone for more than 4 hours.
Flo – Brown flat coated retriever who is 6 years old, and generally in good health. Quite relaxed in your company but has 2 walks a day. She likes to be near people.
Harley – Black working cocker spaniel who is 3 years old also in good health. Harley really needs 2 very good walks a day.

LOCATION –
Within 2 hundred yards from the house there are several lanes directly into the countryside. We can show you the various regular walks. They are not used to roads, so please keep them on the lead. Country walks are best.

ACCOMMODATION –
We have a guest bedroom and bathroom for housesitters.
WIFI – We have good wifi in the house, and we have SKY tv in the house.

DUTIES –
Please keep our home very tidy and clean. The dogs lose hair all the time so you need to vacuum regularly and watch the dog hair.
